c. Location Data (IMPORTANT)

We collect precise or approximate location data when you:

  • Mark attendance (Check-in / Check-out)

Purpose:

  • To verify employee presence at authorized work locations
  • To prevent fraudulent attendance marking
  • To ensure accurate work tracking

📌 Location data is collected only during attendance actions, not continuously in the background.

  • Messages shared within in-app chat or group communication
